The culture of Chongqing Hotpot has been lasting hundreds of years from a crude pier food culture to everywhere to have reserved its place nowadays, in which its core spirit of gathering people to sit around is retained unchanged even though the physical environment evolved. 


The original cultural style is introduced in a subtle way, the dragon-spine-like wooden canopy was inspired by the rhythms of chopstick going in and out from the reddish spicy pot which are reflected at the same time when people are using the space. Trace of the material texture from 'mountain city' can also be caught on the second layer of vision. The environment is hoped to serve as a cozy place through a touch of raw material texture and small zoning divided by frameworks for people to enjoy the Chongqing food and its cultural ambience at the same time.
